Any roof that is less than 3:12 pitch is considered a low slope.

Unlike shingled roofs, membrane is meant to hold or resist sitting water. It works best for roofs that have low slopes, where water is more likely to sit. In some locations, it’s against building code to use singles on most low slopes.

It mostly depends on the type on membrane, usual weather conditions, and usage. However, we recommend having it looked at least 1-2 times a year.

Typically, the membrane last around 25 years. But depending on weather conditions and usage it may last 5 years more or less.
